Acadia Toyota is currently looking to hire a Service Appointment Coordinators. We are looking for qualified candidates to join our Team. A BDC team member should have an outgoing personality, be a self-motivated team player with outstanding communications skills. The ability to conduct business through telephone, and email correspondence is required. A Positive attitude and teamwork is a MUST.

As a BDC Coordinator, you will assist in day-to-day phone operations of our Business Development Center. Responsibilities will include handling inbound service appointment calls, making outbound campaign calls, follow-up Customer Satisfaction calls, meeting monthly objectives and other exciting marketing campaign initiatives tasks! Must have a passion for process and organization with excellent phone skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team environment.

Qualified Applicants should possess:

  • Great attitude and customer service skills
  • Comfortable being on the phone
  • Strong email and phone presence
  • Must be able to work strong as a team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task
